This site is a free worksheet. It checks whether items fit a box and computes dimensional weight under the published USPS dimensional-weight rule, from dimensions and weights you enter.
Estimates only
All results are estimates for planning. The dimensional-weight rule is applied as published (volume threshold 1,728 cubic inches, divisor 139, rounded up), excluding Flat Rate, Cubic, nonrectangular parcels and special pricing. Verify current USPS standards and your specific rate before shipping.
